1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using bookvaloraa.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who books through the Platform.
2. The Service
Valoraa Travel Group provides an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with hotels and travel services at wholesale rates. We act as an agent on behalf of travel suppliers and are not the direct provider of accommodation or travel services.
3. Bookings and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from Valoraa
- Prices are shown inclusive of a 2% Valoraa service fee and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
- Taxes are shown at checkout and charged at the rate applicable at time of booking
- All prices are displayed in the currency you select and charged accordingly
- Payment card details are processed by PCI-compliant third parties and are not stored on our servers
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by rate type (refundable vs. non-refundable) and are displayed before you confirm your booking. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms for that specific rate. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Not make fraudulent bookings or use stolen payment credentials
- Not use the Platform for commercial resale of rates without our written permission
- Comply with all applicable laws and the policies of the hotels you book
6. Limitation of Liability
Valoraa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Acts or omissions of hotels or travel suppliers
- Cancellations, overbookings, or service failures by the hotel
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including design, text, images, and code — is owned by or licensed to Valoraa Travel Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
