Cancellation Policy
Understand your options before and after you book.
Rate Types
Every rate on Valoraa falls into one of two categories:
Free cancellation up to the deadline shown at checkout. Cancel before the deadline for a full refund. No penalty.
These rates are priced lower in exchange for no refund. Once booked, the full amount is charged and cannot be returned.
Cancellation Deadlines
The free-cancellation deadline for each booking is displayed on the room rate card and again on your booking confirmation page and email. Deadlines are always shown in local hotel time. Cancellations made after the deadline are treated as no-shows and are charged in full.
How to Cancel
- Locate your booking confirmation email from no-reply@bookvaloraa.com
- Find your Booking Reference number
- Email support@bookvaloraa.com with your reference number and cancellation request
- You will receive written confirmation within 2 hours during business hours
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 5–10 days to appear in your account. Valoraa has no control over your bank's processing time.
Date Changes
We do not currently support date changes on existing bookings. To change dates, you must cancel your existing booking (if refundable) and make a new reservation. Contact support@bookvaloraa.com and we will assist wherever possible.
Force Majeure
In cases of government-issued travel bans, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances that make travel impossible, we will work directly with the hotel to arrange refunds or credits where the property permits. Contact us as soon as possible if you are affected.
