How do I search for hotels?
Use the search bar on the homepage or the Hotels tab. Enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. You can filter results by star rating, price, and amenities.
Are the prices I see the final price?
The price shown includes all base charges and a small Valoraa service fee (2%). Taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no hidden fees added after booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the specific rate you selected. Refundable rates allow cancellation up to the deadline shown on your booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled. You can view your booking details in your confirmation email.
How long does booking confirmation take?
Most bookings are confirmed instantly. In rare cases with high-demand properties, confirmation may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email as soon as your booking is confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely at time of booking.
What if I have a problem at the hotel?
Contact our support team immediately at support@bookvaloraa.com. We work directly with properties to resolve issues as quickly as possible — often within hours.
Do you charge booking fees?
Valoraa charges a 2% service fee on top of the wholesale rate. This is significantly lower than traditional travel agents, who typically add 10–20%.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. During checkout you can enter the guest's name and details. The billing information can be yours or the guest's.
